Combine wraps up Tuesday Feb 26. I'll say Thursday morning we'll be putting KC on the clock at 9 AM all times US Pacific. 1st round clock time is 10 hours, that gives plenty of wiggle room to work around our real life schedules. The draft offcially will run between the hours of 9 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. At 10 PM the clock will pause until it resumes at 9 AM the following morning. Even though the clock is stopped between these times GM's are still free to make their picks. This is in part how we compensate for having GMs from so many different time zones across the globe. WARNING picks have been known to come pretty fast and furious at times, be ready please. In the past we've seen GMs get totally blindsided when the 10+ picks between the current pick and their next selection fly off the board in the span of a few hours and/or overnight while they were sleeping.
If your clock time expires one of the commisioners will make the pick for you. I do realize that sometimes we go on weekend get aways, have to work OT or other real life activities that could prevent you from being online while your clock time is running. If this might be the case, just let Fulchalin, King Dome and myself know via Private Message that you might be gone at that time, how sure you are that you will be gone, and a list in order of preference of which players you are considering selecting. The list should match the # of picks left until your pick. i.e. 10 picks until your n the clock send us 10 names. (not necessarily required but certainly preferred and very helpful)
The 10 hour clock time is our starting point for round 1. At the completion of ech round I'll see how we are looking in regards to completing 4 rounds before the actual draft starts, I will then either keep it at 10 hours or adjust down accordingly.
The Lions are looking to trade down with the #5 pick for anyone who wants to move up for Leon Sandcastle.
